Day 1: Thursday, 10 May 2018
You will go by train to Florence or fly to Florence- Peretola airport and transfer to Artimino
Check-in at Hotel “Paggeria Medicea”**** and have a relaxation time for a while.

Cooking Class at Tenuta La Bandita – If you have still no passion for cooking, you might get it today! If you have a passion for cooking, come learn from an Italian chef the secrets to authentic Tuscan cuisine. The preparations for a simple and delicious Tuscan recipe include cultivating only the freshest ingredients including homemade pasta, incredible sauces, meats and desserts. In our today`s cooking class, we will teach you step by step how to properly cut, braise, boil, cook and arrange a complete Tuscan meal in a fun environment while creating unforgettable dishes.
Transfer to Tenuta Sette Cieli – Tenuta Sette Cieli is located between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, on the coast of Tuscany at 400 meters above sea level, looking out over terraced vineyards and the Tyrrhenian Sea, surrounded by the lush woods of Monteverdi Marittimo. You can find great wines which transforms the tenacity and the strength of the terroir, respecting what nature gives us. You will explore not only beautiful wines but also will enjoy stunning views over the incredibly impressive landscape from the estate. And we will not only tastes the wines, but will also have a lovely Light Lunch at this wine estate.

Transfer back to the Hotel. After having relaxed we will enjoy dinner at our Tenuta La Bandita. All the delicious dishes we prepared in the morning will be served and it will be paired with the wines Castello del Terriccio. We will taste the white wine Con Vento 2016 and then following red ones like Tassinaia 2014, Castello del Terriccio 2012 and 2014 and of course Lupicaia 2009. It is the leading wine of the farm – the wine which has made the estate Castello del Terriccio world-renowned. This rich Super Tuscan has considerable ageing potential and it is one of the finest made; its debut vintage, as well as all following vintages, achieved the coveted Tre Bicchieri award.
Day 5: Monday, 12 May 2018
We start the day with a visit of Stings`s winery Villa Il Palagio. After a visit of the Winery including the cellar we will taste the wines and have a Light lunch which reveals the Chianti wine soul while you discover gastronomic specialties. An experience that combines visual and culinary pleasures through products of this land. Transfer to Bargino.
Visit Marchesi ANTINORI, wine cellar tour and wine tasting. Antinori is one of the best wineries in Tuscany. The Antinori family has been dedicated to winemaking for over six hundred years, since 1385 when Giovanni di Piero Antinori became a member of the Florentine Winemakers Guild.The cellar is an extremely innovative work of architecture and is constructed with natural materials and the full respect for the natural beauty of a spot. http://www.antinori.it/en/
Transfer to Greve in Chianti. Visit Il Molino di Grace, winery & cellar tour, and Tuscan dinner specialty with wine tasting. Here, you can see the collaboration of wine and art in the winery, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Transfer to Castagneto Carducci/Bolgheri – Visit Ornellaia, wine cellar tour and wine tasting
Ornellaia is not one of Tuscany’s very historic wineries, but it has become one of its most respected. It has been founded in 1981 by Marchese Lodovico Antinori, brother of the powerful and esteemed Piero Antinori, With its first wine-maker, originally from Russia, but coming from Napa Valley, Ornellaia achieved worldwide fame in 1998 when their wine was voted best wine in the world by Wine Spectator. After a Winery Tour we will taste some of the wines from this wine estate.
Light lunch at the Restaurant “Osteria Enoteca San Guido” in Bolgheri – We enjoy a lunch in the osteria’s summer pavilion of “the Sassicaia estate”. Sassicaia is today one of the most sought-after fine wines in the world. This is largely because of the vision, energy and drive of proprietor Mario Incisa della Rocchetta.
Transfer to Sassetta – From Bolgheri we drive some miles to Tenuta La Bandita, within a beautifully undisturbed area of 150 acres of woods, olive groves, orchards and meadowsi. Dino and Daniela have brought the estate back to its original splendor. After check in we can relax in the garden or at the swimming pool and then we will enjoy a welcome Apero.
Dinner at La Tana del Pirata – Marina di Castagneto Carducci is the ideal place to enjoy the Tuscan coast at the fantastic tuffed beach. Day 4: Sunday, 13 May 2018
Transfer to San Cipriano (Volterra) – Visit the winery Marcampo Podere with a Tour of the farm, starting from the vineyard to the wine cellar, with guided tasting of the wines and grappa, A lovely Light Lunch will be served.
Transfer to San Gimignano – San Gimignano, a small walled village about halfway between Florence and Siena, is famous for its fascinating medieval architecture and towers that rise above of all the other buildings offering an impressive view of the city from the surrounding valley.
At the height of its glory, San Gimignano’s patrician families had built around 72 tower-houses as symbols of their wealth and power. Although only 14 have survived, San Gimignano still retains its feudal atmosphere and appearance. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990, San Gimignano offers visitors the chance to step back in time while enjoying its local products including saffron and its white wine, the Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
