On Saturday, January 10, 2025, a very special culinary experience awaits you:
Sushi Wine & Dine 2026 in Uster – limited to only about 10-11 guests.
Embark on a fantastic culinary journey in a delightful atmosphere.

In a stylish setting, Hanna and Marianne, two half-Japanese women with a genuine passion for sushi, invite you on a journey through Japanese cuisine. They have learned the art of sushi making from scratch – and you can taste it!

The evening begins at 5:30 pm with a welcome aperitif, where we’ll greet the year 2026.
Aperitifs aren’t a common custom in Japan, so we’ll be serving a European-inspired version, accompanied by a sparkling wine that sets the perfect tone.

Next up, a culinary journey to Japan:
Appetizer: a sophisticated Japanese creation

Main course: Sushi at its finest

Dessert: a sweet surprise with Far Eastern flair

And the best part:

Each course is accompanied by a carefully selected wine, presented by Armin – The White Glove Sommelier, with a focus on fine white wines that perfectly complement the aromas and pamper your palate.
